“If the doors of perception were cleansed, every thing would appear to man as it is, infinite”
WILLIAM BLAKE.
Symbology of form is a work that is more of a thoughtless act than of a thoughtful and calculated act. These are images born from a need that springs somewhat from my unconscious. Moved by the desire to break with my inherited scheme of seeing reality only from a conceptual point of view, I assume it as an act of liberation from my obsession with seeing… it is an attempt to rescue dreams tied to my memories, because I believe that when the gaze is not automatically subjected to the concept, the gaze regains some of the perceptual innocence of childhood. For this reason I decided to venture out of the rational maze to find images that are a free bridge to the imagination. By standing in front of a seemingly insignificant object, I attempt -through light, and leaning on my tools- to transform it, and give it another meaning that does not go beyond highlighting an intense visual enjoyment.
